The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse, which is open to all residents and their guests, was refurbished and refreshed during the spring of 2019. It boasts a Foyer, Great Room, full kitchen, Library, Office, and restrooms that are accessible also from the nearby pool. The Great Room, which overlooks a patio and the pool, is the scene of frequent socials, private events, and meetings.

The Pool

A saline system was added to the pool in 2018. The surrounding landscaped deck and nearby patio contain comfortable, stylish lounges and tables for sunbathers.

24-Hour Security

The automatic wrought iron gates at the front and back entrances are computer-controlled, reading special coded stickers on the residents’ vehicles. The entire property is fenced, and surveillance cameras throughout provide additional safety.

Maintenance Associates

The Westlands has three Maintenance Associates who tend to property needs and keep the grounds looking beautiful. Residents enjoy a landscaped environment and they spend no time on its upkeep other than their individual plantings.
